Waking up at demonic hours to testing themselves on the world’s toughest trails, they go to every length to prove their mettle. But no runner is born that strong. Its the proper combination of right training and food that turns a human into an invincible runner.

Runners need a food that is consistent in supplying them with energy so that they don’t feel depleted of their energy reserve.
